Bottles of ABGNVP had cinnamon, drafts at VoHo in 2015 had syrup. Unless the people writing on the chalk boards were wrong at either place. But that's how they read. Don't know if batches were different or what.

You know, if you guys had questions for @voodoobrewery about the GNVP batches and all, it may be helpful to tag them. Otherwise they may miss them in the midst of all the bitching about tap temperatures and such. Juss' sayin.

Yeah I'm sure voodoo barrel aged a whole special batch, prior to homestead being a thought, just to serve on draft at homestead, when it opened. Makes sense

Beer doesn't just automatically lose carbonation above 40 degrees. It just needs more pressure to keep the co2 in solution. With proper pressure and restriction, draft beer can be served at any temperature you want.

Having to serve all beer as if it's an AAL is patently false.

Sounds like you don't read the boards when you go to either one. Again, this is what was written on there. I said I don't know if there was another batch. Put your pitchfork down.

They definitely wrote it wrong and forgot to put cinnamon on there.

Exactly why I wrote "I'm not sure if there was a different batch or they wrote it wrong on the boards".

Can we get back to talking about growler fills and too cold of pours now.

I'll start off. Usually when I get my growler filled, I'll let it sit out in the car with the hot air on so I can quickly get it to the temperature I want it to be for when I get home

I got drunk on Great Lakes Blackout and Long Trail Space Juice last night. Got to try Crime and Lagunitas Bitter Oats too.

Did anyone else get drunk last night? What did you drink?

What a refreshing change-of-pace post.

I usually don't drink during the week, but I was seriously considering it at the half of the Pitt-L'ville game. What an ugfest.

I chose to finish off my growler of Vandelay Industries and followed with an SMS and watched a movie instead of watching Pitt get dick slapped in Louisville (Good song title or a the next BG beer?).

Had a 4 Hands Incarnation which was a pleasant surprise and capped the night with a Revolution Unsessionable which has been sitting in my fridge for far too long all while watching Braveheart.

    FREEDOM!!!

Not saying that beer automatically loses carbonation, just saying it starts to come out of solution. In the summer our cooler is only 42F. Not saying anything is the right or wrong way just giving insight into why beer is served so cold.

Had Hawaiian Speedway at VE. It was really good but coconut didn't shine through as much as I wanted to. If anyone is interested, they might still have it on today. Wasn't especially busy when I was there, and they supposedly had 5 1/6th barrels total.

Someone on another site mentioned it was still pouring as of Wednesday, but for clarity juju was put on last Friday and from the comments in this thread, there were only two kegs.
