Glad you enjoyed it, we have a Breakfast Stout we just brewed Friday. Second attempt at a Coffee beer, this one should be even better.

Thanks for the heads up. It's "Vintage 2015"
Any idea if that's early in the year or late? Tasted pretty good to me.

CPA and Momo are both released whenever we can squeeze them into the brew schedule. No current timeline for the next batch.

Voodoo posted a pic on Instagram. They moved barrels around, so they are now triple stacked to create room for more barrels that will be coming in soon.

I looked out of curiosity when I went back today, and sure enough, there was a four pack of 2014 mixed in with the others.

Weird that it's not being talked about but the batch of Hyer-Pa on at Roundabout right now might be the best IPA I've had from Pittsburgh. Really straddles the west coast style with the soft less bitter NE style. I've gotten a scary amount of Pints/growler fills of it over the past week or so.

I figured everyone was sick and tired of me giving Roundabout the old reach around, but I've been drinking a good amount of it too, both pints and growlers. Also it's basically opaque. And I bring my child there too.

Add me to the list of Roundabout IPA love. The new Hyer is awesome. Evahflow's description is spot on. Tons of tropical flavors with some bitterness to even things out. I just wish it was available all the time.

Can't wait for juju! How fast does the it sell out at fatheads?

Also update on the BA Blackout stout. It wasn't sour and tasted pretty good. The BA Alberta clipper however. ... it made a pretty decent sour. If they relabeled it as such id buy it....
Looks like they aren't quite out of the woods with quality issues yet

that BA clipper was like taking a hit of straight whiskey.. very harsh.

the rackhouse however, I'd like another try at that. it was very different in a good way

Shadyside GE had it 4 days ago so I'm betting it's gone from there. Not sure about other places.

I drank a Corsendonk Christmas last night with a best before ?/?/2014 code date. I'd read that this beer doesn't hold up very well with age but i thought the opposite. Still got a lot of clean brown ale kinda fig and raisin, i guess the spice was muted but i wouldn't say it had "fallen off". I didn't pick up any stale flavors either. It was a super nice treat. I'd recommend picking up an old one if you see it. Supposedly they date them 2 years out, so i guess this was a 2012 vintage. I guess.

Does anyone have any experience aging this beer?

I know it'll surprise people, but it just so happens i do have a little experience aging the xmas 'donk. I've always enjoyed any of the Belgian Xmas beers w a couple/few years on them.

I'm surprised the donk says that actually. Is it not bottle fermented? St Bernardus X-Mas says it can be cellared up to 20 years or something.

    Shocking Ben

I love me some Belgian Christmas beers. I am shocked the 'Donk says not to age as they are all basically belgian strong dark ales with some spices thrown in.

Whats the inside joke about you and the donk? If your name is Ben Corsendonk i'm gonna be wicked embarrassed. Then i'm going to demand we get drinks.

Oooo gotta get that, don't think i've had it new OR old before.

My new theory on Ben's crazy-old beer stache is that he's either a time traveler or was in prison.

I have two. Drank one and it was fine. Haven't opened the other yet though. One was purchased locally, the other came from Florida and unfortunately I have no clue which was which.

Nice! It's also their highest rated beer on here (4.82) and by 0.1 at a different location. Higher than pappy black magick (4.67) on both locations.
