Duff- they have said multiple times that they have bm'd him. And got no response. They have tagged him on the thread, and got no response. It's common courtesy when receiving beer in a bif to post a picture of the haul. Go look thru any thread, it's filled with hauls. If you don't want to participate in a bif, then don't enter !! But at least acknowledge that you received the beer. Judging by the ba's posting in this thread, I know he has received some awesome boxes so far !!

I'm sure it was amazing beer and a thank you would be nice, but don't chase a man down for it. Im sure everyone can track the packages to see it was delivered. You online gambled beer, that's all. It just doesn't belong in this thread. This is not the place no matter if he didnt respond elsewhere. Many people have been banned for less specifically on this thread.

I would probably be enjoying them if I was drinking them but I'm just selling most of it for a profit.

Can I assume from this remark that you did indeed at least receive my box?

This thread is really weird at times. Not saying he is right r wrong bc I really don't care but hate when ppl say someone should just do something. If u don't like the way someone does something just don't talk to them r don't let them in it next year. I am tired of ppl thinking someone should just do something bc they want it that way.

I have received everyone's box. Everyone else has their own tracking number too. Once you see "delivered", your concern is over.

Taco was tequila goodness. Very unique and definitely something that you may only like if you like oak and tequila. Did it need some time to mellow? To some yes. I thought it was good though.

Old Jive I thought the barrel added nicely to the old ale. Caramel, Toffee, Bourbon, Oak, Vanilla, Coconut. I enjoyed it.

Oh, so according to your method..... if there is a break and/or a bottle leaks, the concern is over because it was delivered? Good to know.

Yeah last time they had it on tap at the pub it was awesome. Blackbeard's was also drinking fine in Erie when they tapped it at the U Pick 6 events last month.

I thought all the voodoo beers where good not great. Taco was good but not something u can finish by yourself it was like drinking a bottle of tequila but I love tequila.

Yes, for a free beer contest. I wouldn't ask someone to resend. It's not a trade where each person has something to lose, and most likely involves beers that one of the parties would not be able to get again. Two different animals here.

First of all, requesting people not send 6 month IPAS is not requesting specific beer and the second part was taken completely out of context. The prior post said "I dropped my package off today, I broke the rules and went over 44 ounces, I hope you don't mind." To which I replied "44 oz is just the minimum, I certainly don't mind getting more". Of course that part was conveniently left out.

In terms of "giving you shit" I think the sum total of that in the entire email was two posts from the BIF moderator.....

1). If im not mistaken, my box lande as well. But at the very least let me know when you get them and who they are from. Its my only way of tracking who has sent!

    thanks

    2).
Would it be possible to post pictures in the superbowl squares #2 thread?

To which I added a reply....need some porn!

Again, sorry to have put any undue pressure on you.

Roundabout news! Newest rendition of Hy-PA will be coming on next week and Steve said it was his favorite yet. Also a new Red IPA dry hopped with a "shitload" or Amarillo. They also brewed their highest ABV beer to date a few weeks ago - an imperial porter with most destined for bourbon barrels.

Oh and the Irish Coffee Stout on nitro was so delicious.

I would disagree with this completely. Just because UPS or Fedex say it's delivered doesn't mean that it was delivered to the right address. This has happened to myself and others who have sent beer to me as well.

You got me with these 2..

Looks like I'll be lunching at the Church that week.. I haven't eaten there in years!

And it figures the other is on the other side of the freaking world from me.. based on our last discussion of you can't get there from here, I need to stock up on oxen...

A white stout? What flavor profile would that have?

Likely will taste like a stout, just blonde in color. Stone has done it as well as several other breweries.

I've been bugging him to re-brew the Hy-PA with Amarillo since he brewed it the last time. Was probably my favorite beer from them.

I am a part of the White Stout collab, it'll be blond in color but have coffee and cacao nibs added to impart the same flavor profile of a stout.

Im really enjoying the lighter malt profiled coffee beers coming out....some examples like spoonwood cold drip, sixpoint cream.....i could see these being a flagship style in the near future.....i really dig coffee forward nose and the lighter the malt profile the better!
