Go to Snooze in the LoDo area by Coors Field. They have beer and good mixed drinks and by far the best pancakes and breakfast in the city. Keep in mind the wait is almost always an hour or longer.

Snooze is good as Sean said. Sam's No.3 serves Fat Tire. Pretty much any nice hotel in Lodo will have breakfast service and a full bar to order from.

British Bulldog if you want a traditional english breakfast & beer.

Nevermind, saw you're asking about Thursday. BB is only open for breakfast on weekends for soccer.

Snooze is always a good choice but I will forever be partial to Lucille's.

Lucille's is delicious. I also enjoy the Dozens/Pints Pub combo.

Lucille's is amazing...a nice change of pace from your typical breakfast food

Snooze is also a very good choice...the line downtown is always insanely long, but the one off Colorado blvd is usually more bearable. And if your go later in the day there usually isnt any wait

+1 on Lucille's, although i have no idea on their beer selection.

Cheeky Monk was my choice but it was for a Saturday breakfast - BA Cuir on tap (right after their Bruery breakfast). If they are open for breakfast on Thursday, it'd probably be my choice. A quick look on their website produced no info on their hours. But they do have a new place up north in Westminster.
