    Well said... I feel like this should be a "no-brainer" sort of thing, but it genuinely seems like some people make a batch of mediocre home brew, say "This ain't bad." and go all-in on a brewery they aren't ready to have.

    I voted no, but in your situation it might work. I live in Grand Rapids MI, and there are way too many breweries for me ( if I had the means/desire) to open one.
