You drink well... Killer Kuhnhenn brews recently. I'd love to get my hands on a vintage iris sooner or later...

This was last Saturday! I can't imagine having a more epic beer tasting or a more violent hangover than that. Totally worth it!

You're replying to the wrong person. And 07 Pappy BCBS is a myth.

Any consensus favorites on the Eclipses?? Also how was the Iced? That's one of my personal whales that I don't think I'll ever get to try.

I really want to buy one. I got in touch with someone on here who can get it off the shelf for me, but its hard to me to drop almost $50 + shipping for one beer. The most I have spent so far is about $30

That price is pretty hard to swallow. Luckily, I have been able to try the Copper and Silver ones at bottleshares. Still waiting for the Gold.

I've bought my bottles off the shelf for $40 each. (The Gold I got for 32 euros in Paris, so around the same price). Totally worth it.
Gold is my favorite of the three - it's slightly drier and has a slightly lighter feel than the Silver and Copper, which are somewhat syrupy. I have an XFume waiting to be opened also.

Which Sobrehumano do you have? The Jolly Pumpkin produced one or the Maui one?

Also that Beer Geek Weasel is an amazing beer.

Our biggest mistake was starting with Bourbon County Rare. Everything after that wasn't anywhere nearly as good in comparison.

Drank these over a 4 hour time period paired with different cheeses other foods which would compliment them. My favorite tastings are with a low amount of bottles and low amount of people over a longer time span.

Yes and no. The rumors of the maple being faded were true, I still got it, but it was very very faint. I'd love to try this fresh. That said, even without a solid maple presence I still think it was a very delicious beer.
