What's that one in the middle with all the writing? Some new self-idolizing Stone beer?
Must be, all the words are spelled wrong. Lucky Bastard maybe?
Simple haul today:
Also a trade box arrived
I am stoked for you, my fellow noob!
Got a package from Texas yesterday. VERY excited to finally try some Jester King. Starting slow, gonna work my way up to the funkier beers. Thanks PaulUH for the great box!!
My second trip to VT. Bottles of Double Galaxy, Susan and Edward. Earl, too.
Growler of Double Galaxy and a half of Susan. I drank Susan last night. It was excellent. Twilight of the Idols, too.
I bought some random Rock Art bombers. Nothing was more than 4 dollars.
Also, the obvious...2 cases of Heady.
What do those Growlers run you? THinking about heading up there, wondering what Ill be dropping if I do.
Costs about 14 to fill the big ones. They will sell glass but its cheaper to just bring your own. Make sure its clean, brown and you have a cap.
i see a black butte porter. man that beer is delicious. wish it was around here in FL
All the details are here and up to date!:
Anti Haul. Bud Light massacre, by far much more fun than drinking it.
Was at Walmart the other day and saw a guy bump his cart into tower of Budweiser. About four cases of bottles fell over and a bunch of them got all smashed up and beer poured everywhere. The Greater Good.
I've been told there's a bottle of this awaiting my arrival in St. Louis tomorrow! My fam knows I am a fan of all things KSHE-95!
Another absolutely nuts box from GrumpyOldTroll!#!@#$ Growler is '12 BCBCS and the 3F Geuze is 2003!
yeah, mike'll do that to ya.
PeteinSD killed me.
All he asked for was a BA big sound and some Texas Locals....
I got these two + Expedition, Enigma, Plead the 5th and a bomber of a brown ale i've been wanting.
yup! deschutes finally hit chicago two weeks ago so i decided to grab a few single to sample, i've heard good things about black butte and obsidian (which they didnt have unfortunately). ill be cracking that one tomorrow or sunday.

First box from ehammond in our secret BIF. He even sent me the textbooks I need to finish college!
Got a couple things on a brief trip to Connecticut.
I sadly could not find any Imperial Stout Trooper or Gandhi-Bot though.

So not all most recent haul, but new additions are Hopslam, KBS, Zombie Dust, The Oracle, Harvest Ale, Dragons Milk, B Craft and Big Red Coa thanks to Rolandboy and woodward!!
Now I just need to start drinking some of this beer
Just in.....and fresh too!
Four new brews and three with which I'm familiar...
My store had Avery bombers on sale for $6.99, so I picked up Seventeen, Eighteen, and Nineteen, and an Uncle Jacob's Stout (17.42% abv? Whoa...):
And I also had to try the Ruthless Rye (since I've seen it on the forums a lot lately) and a Northern Hemisphere Harvest:
And finally, my first ever oyster stout, Marooned on Hog Island, which I felt compelled to just chug out of the can for some reason (maybe 'cuz I was hungry? Maybe cuz' its a can?)
Should be enough for a three-day weekend, but will it be...?
