Awesome Haul, however that would be the "Oak Aged Yeti", not the "BA Yeti"
Ah, sure enough!
You'll have to link to an image that isn't in googlemail, I'm pretty sure only you can see that one (I'm really just slightly disappointed, not really depressed, as the smiley might indicate)
Two recent trades
Where did you get this gift set? I thought it wasn't coming until April.
probably had it sent from europe.
Finally got to pick up my part of a MoaS case share, and the rest are the contents of a great box from Portia99 (he only had to send the Fou Foune)
Lets see if this works
Some of the recent trades, releases and general purchases I've made. Thanks go to Sean9689, BeerFMAndy and KevSal!
A modest haul from a couple of shops. The J.W. Lee Harvest is the 2000 vintage and the Palo Santo is from 2008 (man was it delicious!).
They had few on display yesterday, I'm not sure if they have more in the back. I don't like that it has no indication of where it was made.
Great, now I'm going to wake up in the middle of the night and my Java Stout mug is going to be staring at me.
This showed up today. Been on the hunt for a while. Not to complete a vertical, horizontal, what ever. My first, and only nephew was born on this day.
its been a pretty good week.
so cool we can directly link pictures! lots of cool stuff.
i actually got an amazing box in today!
the arctic devil is an 06. good mojo on the right!
Oh dear sweet baby jesus *drool*
I would kill for an 06 Arctic Devil! Nice Kevin!!
Picked up the Westy & Firestone in swaps & scored the rest at my local...
Finally got to try Westy 12. I remember it being really good but unfortunately by the time I had it, I was so hammered I couldn't even finish the glass!!! Damn it.
Epic road trip. RI to San Francisco. Small section on left belongs to BasilCrow
First post on the new forums...let's see how this works. Picked these up at the Bruery Provisions and some nearby bottle shops.
Melange No. 3
Sour in the Rye
Trois Poules Francais
4 Calling Birds
Small (comparatively), but special to me and hard to complete in NY with no trades needed.
In my opinion, you didn't miss much...
You don't like Westy? I thought it was really good but I wouldn't say its the best beer I've ever had.
I'm a NC boy, glad to see The Event Horizon in your stash. Nice call on Buckley too - Tim & Jeff were awesome.
I picked one up in trade last month - haven't popped the cap yet. Sadly, it's got to be amazing to live up to my expectations... not sure it's possible at this point. Prolly pop it this weekend.
UPS did get there last night with an insane box from chicagobeerriot, I only knew what one of the beers was going to be. Thanks again. The 3 Australian beers I picked up from spicelab via nicks6217. Arctic Devil I scored while driving yesterday.
Next time your in KY, pick up some KY Bourbon Barrel Ale......
If you like ale, and bourbon (like me) then you will find this quite nice.......
You know, I should really come by sometime and check out your place.
Oh so now you want to be friends. Haha anytime. Drooling over tomorrow's list right now.
every time i see a picture of better half it takes a little out of me, tried so hard to find this one.
First try at this, so I hope it works. Vermont haul from last week:
They haul a truckload of these from the Heller-Trum Brewery down the hill to the Schlenkerla Tavern every day. No special releases, no lines, no 4 oz pours. Just oak barrel-lagered, fresh Rauchbier for anyone and everyone that steps in the door.
Been collecting for about a month now.
That Strawberry Short's Cake is going to be horrible I'm afraid. Quite incredible on draft though.
