@Jason, @SamCalagione and I are looking forward to Alewife tomorrow!

It's also been a while since I've been in the area, so I'm open to suggestions for places to it before and after, but we want to keep it local to the Queens area.

    Cheers!

A few stops away via the 7 train is Queensboro Plaza, not too far of a walk to LIC Beer Project. Along the way is the Baroness for great burgers and a fine taplist as well.

We had 200+ show up in Austin, and we sold out of books, so I'm hoping many as it was a damn good time.

Another suggestion would be to go just over the Brooklyn border into Greenpoint; it's only 2 stops on the G train to Nassau St. Immediately nearby are Torst, Keg and Lantern, Spritzenhaus 33, and if you are into genuine Szechuan street food there's also a branch of X'ian Famous Foods.

Greenpoint Beer and Ales is about a 10 minute walk.

Check the hours because most NYC breweries open late afternoon.

    Have fun!

Wow, that is a heck of a turnout!

I can't get out of work till 6, so hopefully will make it before things sell out/get too crowded. Save me some Puddin' Wine please!

Almost too much fun. Big thanks to everyone who showed up! And thanks to Alewife for hosting. Great turnout, great beers, and great people!
