I am waiting. I look forward to getting some but I do not look forward to the chaos........

They said they brewed twice as much this year so hopefully it won't be too hard to get.

Pissed I didn't get more of this last year, and that I'll have to trade for it this year.

Drink an Alpine, Firestone Walker, The Lost Abbey, or Russian River beer to make yourself feel better ;)

I have full authorization from my female counterpart to buy any and all Pumpkinator spotted in Austin. Operation Nom Nom Pumpkin is a go!

Got about 6 bottles last year, hoping to get the same this year. Opened last years last night, and it was amazing!

If somebody wants to grab one for me, I'd be happy to pay you back.

I'll be out of pocket until after they are sold out in Houston.

A few folks in the other thread told me they'd try.

Hope you guys are ready for this great race. Feels like an arms race to see who can stockpile the most nukes (Pumpkinators).

I bought 1 bottle last year. Probably be happy with 1-2 myself this year.

I love the beer, but it's a seasonal thing for me.

I think it would be fun to do a Shlafly, Pumking, DR9, Pumpkinator session. :) Oh, I also have a Jolly Pumpkin La Parcela pumpkin beer too. lol

I didn't get any last year , I'm trying to get atleast 4 this year. Maybe I'll get lucky and hoard a case. I thought this was funny, via St.Arnold PR "Pumpkinator is bottled in 22 oz bottles. While we brewed twice as much this year as last, we suspect this will only extend its availability by about 17 minutes."

Way to hype it up more lol

I'll try to get a case if possible. Want to share it with some friends out of state during the Holidays.

What's the price on these? Or what was it last year $8.99? Prob be my last purchase of the month and maybe a bottle of Bodacous but that's it. Too much in the cellar not getting drank.

  17. Lutter

    Lutter Jun 30, 2010 Texas

I seem to remember them being in the $10 area.

  18. icetrauma

    icetrauma Sep 7, 2004 Texas

Price point sounds right at around $9/bottle. The good thing about Bodacious is it will be best fresh and will not sit in your cellar to long.

BTW: My girlfriend/fiance` once dumped a guy immediately for using the words "hate" and "Texas" in the same sentence. True story.

She was doing an internship in another state and the dude said something like "Gawd, I hate that I'm going to have to visit Texas to see you" and her response was "well, dont".

I am still fully convinced that one day we'll see all 3 of those breweries. My money is on Jolly Pumpkin after them and Jester King find each other and realize they are meant for each other.

In the very least, Bell's. Hell, Florida gets Bells! (And Jolly)

Agreed. I didnt have a second thought about plunking down $100 for a case. The first step to dealing with a problem is admitting you have one....:p

Im definitely buying a case. Probably just go to Central Market at 8 then head over to Specs.

That is if I have enough cash to spend.

I had the new batch at the Texas Craft Brewers Festival last weekend. It was fantastic. I dont know that I'd actually buy a case of anything right now, but my point was that if there was a beer I really wanted, I wouldnt hesitate to spend $100 on a case of it.
