I love this stuff and have had it a few times. I know that's its a mix of a stout and orange blossom mead but does anyone know the exact specs? Anyone know what stout was used and how old it was? Same question for the mead used. How much of each was used when blended? Bottle count? I'm aware of the price  so no need to address that question.

    Thanks!

If I remember correctly, it was an partial keg of an old BB aged imperial stout that was found in the "basement" that they blended with the dry orange blossom mead that was released at the summer solstice party or mead day that year. What was even better was the Raspberry version they put on draft and were pouring full glasses at mead day.

As I recall it was a barrel of RIS that was about 5 years old. I believe the blend is about 2/3 mead, 1/3 beer.
