Holy Batman... 13.6 percent.... Belgian style inspired it seems..

Anyone had this... I've loved the 15th RIS and the 16th Dopplebock.... hoping to try this soon.

Side note: Premium Draught has Real Ale Hexadecimator for growler fills... which is a dopplebock. No info on the Real Ale site, but I'm guessing this is the 16th Anniversary Dopplebock.. I hope so.. would love to see this go into regular rotation. One of my favorite styles.

Ive had it a couple times. One time it was boozy and harsh, the other time it was the most drinkable fresh 14% I could imagine. Real Ale continues to kill it on a regular basis.

Was easily one of the smoothest 14%ers I've ever had! They hide that alcohol very well.

Had this at petrol and was surprised how sweet it drank. Did not detect any bit of the 14%

I had it at Petrol, too, but I mostly stuck with the Empire.

Dying to try this. Any other sightings in the wild aside from Petrol? Thanks.

I enjoyed it quite a bit. Real Ale quietly produces some kick-ass (an experimental) stuff, and is usually ignored in discussion of good Texas breweries.

The 15th Anni beer was amazing.

You guys ever have Mysterium Verum Volume XV? It was Real Ale 15th Anniversary... aged in Maker's Mark and Four Roses barrels for almost a year. Might be one of the best barrel-aged stouts I've had. Velvety smooth.

I had it at the brewery at the anniversary party and to be honest didn't really care for it. But yeah, the 15th was a winner. I always grab a 4pk if I see it.

Oh yeah had it many times. Probably as close as any TX brewery will get to bcbs.

Is Barrel Aged Highlander tap only? That shit was the bomb at Nobi.

Had 17th Anniversary awhile back and loved it. Imperial Duvel, basically.

I had some of this during Craft Beer Week and it was way too easy to drink for a 14% beer.

I think I still have 2 bottles of XV. That stuff is gooood.

They have unfortunately never bottled anything barrel aged.

Very excited for this one. Never got to try the 16th anniversary,
but I managed to get quite a few 4-packs of the 15th.

I think the 16th Anniversary might be brewed again. Hexidecimator is a dopplebock.. which is what the 16th was..
