BLANCO, TX, June 2014 – Real Ale Brewing Co. is pleased to announce the release of its newest seasonal offering – Real Ale WHITE.

“Our WHITE celebrates three of our favorite things,” says Real Ale Brewmaster Erik Ogershok, “summer, Belgian ales, and the glory of American hops.” Real Ale WHITE is a modern interpretation of a traditional Belgian Witbier, highlighted by its unique yeast character, unmalted wheat, and prominent citrusy hop notes. WHITE further departs from traditional Witbiers with its substantial dryhop addition. The low alcohol, dry finish and citrus notes combine for a refreshing beer that is a perfect complement to your summer activities. The summer seasonal will be available on draft and in distinctive all white 12 oz. cans throughout Texas beginning in June.

No, it's different recipe. More of a sessionable white IPA.

intersting. I've starting to not like wits these days. Many are too thick and sweet.

This is pretty tasty. It's on the sweet side IMO, but the dry hopping balances most of that out.

Bought a sixer today at HEB and its very tasty. More bitter than a hefe, and also not as sweet. Good stuff

This stuff is delicious. Fruity, hoppy, wheaty, with a little belgian yeast spiciness and super easy drinking and refreshing.

Seeing some good stuff out of Real Ale recently. This White is super drinkable on a hot Texas day. I am hoping the start canning a variant of their 18th Anniversary Gose, that was awesome

Had this last night at the Saucer. My very brief review:

Just like the last second Justin Tucker field goal in the last UT-A&M game that would put the Longhorns up to win as time expired (remember that?), it's good.
