Started off here in Pa, first stop Stewarts Brew Pub in Bear, DE. Had the seasonal release, Wind Blown Blonde Kolosh. Really, really good, much better than I anticipated. Also, the Oyster stout was very good. Next stop Dogfish Head in Rehoboth. I got 75 min. on cask, possibly my favorite beer EVER. Tried several sips of brew pub only releases. One that stuck in my mind was the ale brewed with curry. Wouldn't drink n a pint of that, left a bad taste in my mouth. Next stop (day 2) Burley Oak Brewery in Berlin, MD. Let me just say, if you have not been here yet you must go! Very small, quaint place. Just The Tip and Bunker C were the highlights there. The girls and I liked this place the most, beers were stellar. Next stop, Evolution. A little dissapointed that they didn' t have Lot 6 (double ipa) on tap but Lot number 3 was amazing! One of my friends had the seasonal release Sprung if I remember correctly. It was brewed with hisbiscus and chamomile but was not my cup of tea. Final stop the following day was the Pickled Pig Pub in Rehoboth. Lots of good stuff on tap but the highlight here was Rodenbach Grand Cru on tap! First time tasting this beer and I was totally blown away! Great times, great friends and great beer!

Wanted to but not enough time. It's on the agenda for next years girls weekend! Also wanted to go to the Henlopin Oyster House but just ran out of time.

Best that you didn't make it to HOH, you would have run into us.

Glad you made it to Burley Oak-told ya it was great stuff. They have rapidly grown from the original 2 offerings to 8 or 10 on tap at any given time. FYI the new EVO locale is open in Salisbury so there should be a bigger presence of Lot 6 when you need it-Cheers!
