Recommend some very thick imperial stouts

    Just had an almost 2 year old UNO from Dragoon Brewing here in Tucson at an Arizona Beer Week event, like loverly motor oil, sweet and thick - this one is perfect.

    Goose Island Bourbon County Stout, Surly Darkness, Founders Kentucky Breakfast Stout, Mikkeller Beer Geek Breakfast, Mikkeller Beek Hop Breakfast. Dark Horse Plead the 5th, & Weyerbacher Tiny.

    Ha, was gonna post this actually.

    Really need to get my hands on some Zhukov it seems, sounds right up my alley.

    Lost Abbey Deliverance - remember it having an amazing mouthfeel

    Otter Creek Imp Stout is thick flavorful stout,just picked it up 4/$12 10% 65ibu,will buy again

    Avery Mephistopheles. Thick, dark, and goes down easy.

    The thickest I can remember is Dark Lord, which isn't year round, but damn it is thick

    Mokah is quite thick. The first time I had it I thought it was liquid chocolate cake.

    Of the ones I've had, and as noted by others as well:
    1. Marshal Zhukov
    2. Alesmith Speedway
    3. Bells Expedition
    4. Ten Fidy

    Abyss, Mephistopheles, FW 14 (technically strong ale), Serpent's stout are all notably thick too...

    It is a great show, the original comment could have been taken a different way, which is something Tobias is notorious for. I mean no personal insult by it, just struck me as funny.

    Parabola has a very nice thick body to it and is one amazing beer in general!!!
