What's the current procedure and/or minimum # of reviews for a place to be listed in the short list on a city's guide? I'm not talking about adding a place in general. I'm talking about the list that you see when you click on a city. Is it a moderator's decision or is it just a minimum #, a certain score, etc.?

    Thanks

It's similar to the top beers in which a min number of reviews needs to be met and then all eligible places are run through the forumla and sorted by a weighted rank.

Places will be getting a major overhaul in the site redesign.
