    Exceptional opportunity for a restaurateur with opening expertise.

    Harper Associates is looking for a Project Manager who will help lead the expansion of a highly successful restaurant group with several brewpubs.

    Duties include, but are not limited to:
    -Site selection
    -Estimating project costs
    -Feasibility analysis
    -Construction bids
    -Hiring/coordinating site management/construction teams
    -Budgeting
    -Liquor/Food license attainment
    -FF&E Procurement

    To qualify, candidates must have expertise in opening multiple successful restaurants/bars. Must also have extensive restaurant operations experience, be willing to travel, and know how to deal with city and state regulations.
