A friend is hosting our 6th annual RIS tasting this weekend. I am looking for good ideas for food to take. I generally prefer appetizer style/finger food.... Also, it is a bonus if it is high protein yet is okay warm or room temperature. Safe to say, there will be a bunch of charcuterie and cheeses already provided. I was planning on taking a mix of higher end chocolate to compliment the cocoa and vanilla flavors in some of the stouts; but I am looking for savory ideas too. No shellfish or bivalves.
