Hint#3- fun fact, I am not originally from PA. My target's state begins with the same letter of my home state.

On hint #3 it depends on how you interpret the word BOTH in the sentence. There is no state that is bigger than TX in both population and land mass. If you take them individually then I can see how you might rule out someone from CA.

Hint #4 - You can take hint #3 either way and it is still not a lie.
