Ruination 10th in MA and CT

it's hitting the boston market today at store level.

 

Should be on most shelves in both states by Friday

 

Anyone know if Yankee Spirits or any place south of the Boston area is getting this in today? I know Craft Beer Cellar is expecting it, but not sure of SE MA.

I was there at 9 last night and they went through all 4 cases they got already I guess.

they have some at countryside liqours in pawtucket,ri. 5 mins down the road from yankee.

 

Acton Wine and Spirits had it yesterday afternoon. You need to ask for it, though. It's not on the floor. $8.99 per bomber, if it's still there.

 

Showed up at Manchester Wine and Liquors yesterday. I think you need to ask for it, as they typically do not put the limited quantities beers on the sales floor.

 

Can also confirm Colonial Spirits in Acton had a bunch on the shelf this afternoon.

 

I picked up a bottle at Coastal in Branford,CT. saturday.I must say as a hardcore hop-head that I really didn't care for this brew at all....Can't put my finger on it but a couple other BA's that I was with felt the same way.I have another bomber that I will let sit for a while,maybe I will feel differently then.Oh well.

If you're a hardcore hop head, why would you let it sit around (as the hops fade) for a while??

That said- thought it was mediocre as well. Good for Stone, giving their penchant in recent history for ruining beers, but overall, just a decent DIPA.

 

If you're around Boston, Shaw's in Allston just got a couple cases in and put them on their shelves today. I assume they'll probably stick around for a little while since they are a much smaller liquor store then Blanchard's or anywhere else in the area. They also got the Vanilla Bean + Chipotle Smoked Porters.

 

Because as of now,I really don't care for it....tasting hot,and I have no desire to drink it at all.So I will let it sit a couple weeks.Its a super fresh bottle,so I am not gonna lose sleep about "hops fading" in a 100+ i.b.u. brew.

 

To the OP picked up a bottle at MO's in Fairfield. Only one was in the display cooler and the manager told me had more in back (was there several hours ago). The hops used was the one with the onion taste so proceed as your palate desires!

 

Not sure if anyone is still having trouble finding this, but I got one today at CT Beverage Mart in New Britain, CT. There was 3 left after mine.
