Dirty Old Man is awesome and with some age on it, it is sublime. I found out accidentally when I pulled a 1-2 year old from the cellar. Holy crap it was good.

I really like Labyrinth by Uinta, that is one tasty beverage. Fom what I remember Ry(e)an by Smuttynose is pretty good as well, guess I will have to try one of the bottles I have to refresh my memory.

Urban Chestnut Dart Rye Whiskey Barrel Aged Barleywine. 3,000 bottle release and a shelf turd at $10 a bottle. Underrated beer IMO.

even though the beer has been mentioned. the Bruery's smoking wood

to date, it is the first time i had side by side (both a bourbon and rye version) and preferred the rye over the bourbon. i almost always prefer the notes that bourbon imparts but there was just something about the raw spiciness of this rye version that made smoking wood even better than the bourbon. mind you both were good, but the rye was a cut above.

this makes me very anxious now to try some eclipse side by side

Oh American Straight for sure. However, if Canadian was given to me I would not say no.

I didn't think this beer was two bad the first time I had it in march/April last year. In August I came back home again and got a growler from the brewery (literally 1 mile from my dads house) and didn't like that one at all.

Bramble was a good beer with some age on it. Young it was too fruity.

Rye on Rye is pretty good. I like this years better then last years. I got a couple bottles for cellaring
