As part of a larger trade managed to land some of the SARA beers and looking to see about getting more of the line-up or duplicate bottles for a group tasting.

We have some access to sours up here so that is what we usually trade for harder to obtain beer but looking for some general guidance on the SARA beers (e.g. completed trade, difference in "value (however you want to define it)" for them etc.) and any other general feedback.

Also anyone have any experience cellaring them? Not for the long term but curious if the 3 bottles we have so far need to go in a fridge for the next 2 months (until the tasting) of if they are fine in a 60-65F cellar.

    Thanks.

This past Saturday, I drank a Cellarman that had been in my cellar.....man, since February. Tasted awesome still.

Opened a batch 4 West Ashley on Saturday. Still holding together *very* well. Think the only bottle release of theirs I didn't like after a few months was Farmhouse Noir. Got sour in an unpleasant way. The bottle share group still finished it, so it can't have been too bad.

I have two friends in their reserve club with multiples of all their stuff. They pull them out at shares all the time and I have never had one that's fallen off. I've only seen them trade 1:1 for other big bottles like side project, tg, hfs, perennial, ccb, upland, nightshift and de garde. I just had a b1 west Ashley, cask 200 and appreciation within the last 6 weeks. All were amazing and stand up to the hype.
