    If my math is right, 55 gallon bourbon barrels = 848x 8z servings, so my guess is 2x barrels used and another round tomorrow? Unless he was inaccurate on the 50/50 mix of fresh/BA beer.

    Theoretically, you would get 880 16oz cans for every 1 barrel with an exact 50/50 blend.

    55gal x 128oz x 2 / 16oz = 880 cans.

    You don’t get a full 55 gallons out of a barrel thats been aging for 18-36 months though. I doubt they get more than 45 gallons and I bet it’s lower than that

    I only ever saw ~1800 cans in stock, but @ewwiccc mentioned over 2,000. Either way that would be multiple barrels already so I don't think you can draw any conclusions about multiple barrels = second drop tomorrow.

    Also anytime they've done second drops (like some IPAs) they've said that will be the case, either generally or in response to people commenting about it being sold out.

    They didn't have to apologize or acknowledge the error, and the main reason for releasing the beer (awareness and fundraising) still happened. Hard not to respect that. Now back to F5ing...

    Complete shot in the dark, but I drove out here to St. Louis from NJ to visit my in-laws and completely missed this can release today...does anyone have an extra they'd be willing to part with? Can't offer anything other than cash or other SP bottles that have been released over the past couple of weeks (AdF, etc...)
