I will definitely pick up a few bottles of this if I can find it. I loved Narwhal and it certainly helped to keep me warm on some of the coldest CT winter nights. This will do just the trick.

Oh man, this sounds great! I feel fortunate to live in the Bay Area and have such great access to SN beers. I hope there is a chance to get it at the Torpedo Room!

This was the first year I was able to find Narwhal. I have to say I'm stoked for the BA'd version. I will totally be on the lookout for this.

For those who are looking for BA Bigfoot bottles, shoot me a message. I have a couple I am willing to part with. Cheers!

    Really?

For someone new to the rare beer scene, how else do I get in? I'm good with $4$ as you say, but if you are a true advocate and use that you should be willing to trade me you Proprietors for $25 worth of my beer?

Trading always figures in rarity, I don't think you are being fair to new people. All I'm asking is does this equate to say parabola or huna or bcbcs or bcbs and so on. If you are the advocate you claim, I'm always open to some good stuff

Had my last bottle last night - I think I prefer it fresh. The character contributed from the barrel - notes of vanilla, coconut, some sweetness - had greatly dropped off, which was disappointing. Tasted like Bigfoot (in no way a bad thing) that had been poured into a glass that had just been used for some Jim Beam. The good news, though, is that a little bird shared with me that this is being released again in December/January, and possibly aged in Eagle Rare or Pappy barrels.

I was fortunate enough to be givin a sample bottle of BA Narwhal from a couple years ago and it was phenomenal! I'll be doing everything I can to secure a case!

I can definitely relate to that! Knowing pre-orders are significant, and you don't have enough to completely satisfies all of your markets, brewery employees become low man on the totem pole. lol

Much to my dismay, we were forced to decant the barrels prior to filling them with a couple earlier batches of our BA Series by a couple higher ups. They were concerned with the potential ABV being significant. Thankfully, a higher, higher up noticed on a more recent run of filling barrels and promptly put a stop to it!

In Indianapolis, I don't see regular Narwhal that often, but pleanty of other SN products. Love me the regular, so can't wait to see the BA versions. I would be fine with an $18 price tag (althought I'll buy 2 bottles max).
