Celebration is here in Dallas. Scored 3 12 packs for 48$ after taxes. Can't wait to open 1 up.

Tasty as ever. Seems quite dry and I'm not getting any rose vibe out the of hops. Malt is restrained likely because it's 3 weeks fresh in the can so the C hops are playing first violin.

None near me yet. The closest to me at TW would be 62 miles away.
    I'm waiting...

Secured my first sixer earlier today thanks to the trusty, no frills SN beer finder. Agree with @deanzaZZR thoughts above so far. This beer never disappoints. Cheers to Celebration Ale season.

Drank my first cab last night. Drank it pretty warm. I got a lot of rose and grapefruit oil at that temp

This was my experience this year. I texted a friend like smelling a rose and then biting into a pinecone. I’m glad I drank one last night :beers:

The rose wasn’t intense as it was a few years back but still very floral on the nose.

I love a good cab, but I went for a Pinot Noir with dinner last night -- some good earthiness and black cherry, no rose.

Got two twelve packs today. The bin was empty, but I saw the rep from the beer distributor, he grabbed me the last 2. Dated 10/04

TW has cans but bottles are still showing November availability. Might break down and buy a 12 pack in PA

    Enjoy

Just to clarify, when you state "case" that means a case which is 24 cans?

    Cheers!

    Thanks for that input.

When I visit the Total Wine website, for Claymont, DE they only list 6-packs and 12-packs as being available now. For the case (with emphasis in bold by me):

    “Sierra Nevada Celebration Ale

    24-12oz Btls

    $31.99

Pick Up Out of stock online and in store.

Expected to be in stock in Nov 2022

Did you shop at the Total Wine in Wilmington?

    Cheers!

I don't trust their website , either the availability and/or the price.. $31? Not gonna happen...

But I'm less than 1 1/2 miles from the store which is just off the 1st exit of SB95 in DE... so I just go there and look...

    Lucky you!

I grew up in southern Delaware County and I have been shopping there when it was called Liquor World (it became the very first Total Wine store).

    Cheers!

Most of these prices seem high and surprise me. Sierra nevada can still be found for about 13.99 a twelve pack around these parts.

I remember getting a 12 pack last year for $14.49 when it first dropped. The price was marked up about a week later. All beer has been marked up this year in my area because of inflation.

I Paid $31 last year for bottles there. It was $1-2 less than buying 12 pack cans. Pre covid the 12 packs were $14.99.

    Enjoy

“On sale” ($2 off) so paid $17.99 + tax for a cold 12 pack. Tasty!

I didn't see any by me yet, went looking on Friday and Sunday, Although I did see a decent amount of Liquid Hoppiness around.

Probably will not see it until Thanksgiving.

This just started hitting CO. It has been my favorite batch in several years, too. The hops are punchy in the right ways - almost like a more potent SNPA. I usually buy a couple 6'ers per year since there's no shortage of IPA in CO, but I'm definitely gonna buy a lot more this year.

And beyond the 'benefit' of elevated pricing, Celebration is now available in the neighboring states New Jersey and Delaware and nowhere to be found in PA. Because the beer has to be 'properly' aged before PA beer consumers can buy it (at high prices)? :grimacing:

    Cheers!

Celebration is not at my local beer retailers but there is some Celebration in PA today.

    Cheers!

Wild you’re paying that much in Cali. Hope it’s not $2/beer here in PA, but it wouldn’t surprise me.

I'm sure it can be had a couple bucks cheaper. But 6 packs are typically 9.99 plus almost 10% sales tax. I'm guessing 22 out the door is as cheap as I'll see

Well, Sierra Nevada 12-packs are $20.99 at my local Wegmans supermarkets so that is less than your $2/beer metric.

    Cheers!
