Everybody's favorite Sour Fest, Thursday, May 16th, starts when we open the doors at 11am. We replace as many taps as we can with a sour beer for your imbibing pleasure. Here is some of what we will be pouring, there will be more, but we never like to release what we are pouring until it is in our cooler. Again this is not a finalized list, there will be things available that are not here and a few of these might not make it on, but most of them will.

Be there @11 - lineup looks a) awesome and b) weak compared to PY. And yes, its possible to be both.

They probably will be, but there's a chance at $9 for a 3oz pour

Maybe it was 6oz. It was smaller than normal though

I'm hoping to take the bus down Thursday. Anyone know what route to take to get close to brouwers from south Everett and how long to plan for the trip to get there by 10:30? Also, will probably be attending solo so anyone wanna save me a seat so I don't have to sit alone like a weirdo?

I had Supracot at Mutiny Hall a few times when it was on tap last month. Really nice beer.

Eric's ale is still great. Commons emille has a great hazelnut finish. Burnside international incident with champagne and mangos tastes like green pepper skin, and the epic huckleberry needs to find the nearest drain.

Agreed on epic. Double Mountain is off from previous experience. Stupid sexy Flanders, Cantillon Vigneronne, and Tilquin Gueuze are winners. Avoid Epic Huckleberry

Framboise de amorosa 13 is an intense fruit bomb. The ommegang is nice but not really sour

I liked the Bear Republic Berlinerweisse, but got a surprising amount of green olive in it.

Jolly Pumpkin Noel de Calabaza is a nice mix of Farmhouse and Christmas Ale, but not really sour.

Cantillon Vigneronne and Bruery Sour in the Rye are my favorites so far.

Yes, green olive was a nice surprise! It just came out a little watery and different from previous batches, which were excellent.

I'm wondering if anything will be left by the time I get there!

Yeah, sloambic lasted about 8 minutes. It's pretty damned good, but I don't know about 8 minutes good. I blame Matt for announcing "its gonna blow fast" lol

I'm unclear why they didn't limit it to 6oz pours, which would have at least guaranteed everyone in the building currently could gt one
