Been following Hudson Valley Brewery and was wondering if there were any breweries in SoCal releasing something similar? Mumford came out with one about two years ago and it was amazing but haven’t come across any other sour IPAs

I've never seen any done locally, EvilTwin makes the best i've ever had, do enjoy, i don't recall ever having anyone else, i'm a big ET fan, have seen Hudson/ET collabs, Windsor gets some every now, then

Not a SoCal brewery, but Anchorage's Bitter Monk is one I always think of

It appears I'm an idiot who can't read. Didn't notice "IPAs." I take back my previous comment!

That also explains why I was confused that somebody couldn't find any sours around.

There have been a few Brett heavy IPAs around here, but haven't seen any of them in a long time. Neverwhere was the last one I saw on tap and that was a few years ago.

There's a reason why you can't find them locally

Green cheek has released a few and they were great, haven't seen any from them in a while though.

Almanac usually has some in cans. I tried some from the zodiac series they were doing and they were enjoyable.

8 Bit in Murrieta usually has 2-3 sour IPAs on tap. Less frequently, Pure Project's "Magic" series are my favorite of the style made locally.
