I'm one of Dan's last stops. Yes I know his first name. Don't judge me. His X-mas bonus is actually waiting for him which will make him happy. $20 gift certificate to the local bottle shop!

I'll be out of town Thursday through Saturday for work. If my package is scheduled to land in that time frame I'd appreciate if you could have it held for pick up!

In other news, I was having an issue regarding my box(es) with FedEx. I sent two boxes out Monday night, one for this BIF and one for the Barrel-Aged Goodness BIF. I got a call from them yesterday saying they were unable to ship my boxes due to alcohol contents. Apparently an overzealous employee heard liquid sloshing around, opened up both of my boxes, and discovered that sweet, sweet nectar. I played dumb when they told me over the phone, saying I had no idea it was illegal to ship beer :grimacing: They were actually really cool about it, and I picked both boxes up last night with no problems. Problem is that I won't be able to ship my targets box out again until Tuesday morning since I left for vacation today. I have a feeling my target has enough beer to hold him over until my box gets to him  Just wanted to let everybody know and shit.

Ok time for massive public thank you to Mike (NJBeerNerd). Came home from work today to find a mystery 6 bottle shipper (that I thought might be associated with a FaceBook BIF), and inside I find a very nicely handwritten note as well as:

Hill Farmstead Anna (my favorite "standard" beer from Hill Farmstead, and the beer that turned me into a HF fanboy)
Crooked Stave Surette Reserve (which will work fantastic with the regular Surette I have in the cellar)
Crooked Stave Sentience (Tried an oz sample at Zwanze Day at West Lakeview and was very impressed)
Logsdon Cerasus (Came late to a birthday tasting this summer and missed this one, very nice)
Logsdon Fresh Hop Seizoen (Didn't even realize they bottled this one)
Logsdon Seizeon Bretta (My new favorite American Saison)

What a fantastic selection of beers including some old favorites (Anna and Seizeon Bretta) as well as a bunch of new beers that I'm very excited for.

Can't even express how grateful I am for these wonderful beers and the totally undeserved generosity that I've experienced in this community. I'll definitely be around for Round 4 to try and make sure someone else is as happy as I am right now!

    NJBeerNerd Cheers to you!

    ~Tony
