South Arkansas waking up to better beer

    When I moved to El Dorado in 2007, Diamond Bear beer was available at local shops but often was very old. In 2012 I rarely found a six pack that was more than 4 months old. On New Year's Eve half of the DB stock at Timberlane was GONE. Local craft beer gets respect in lower Arkansas. Cheers, y'all.

    Good to hear, I remember passing through there a few years ago & then kissing the ground when I got back to Colorado:D.

    Right now in Northeast Arkansas its about middle of the way , lots of craft beer and import beer to be found , but depending on what store you are in you have to really be careful on the dates. The state line package stone in Missouri right now has the best freshest selection , I can get Founders products there as well as some Firestone and other beers I have not been able to get anywhere else localy
