A new pumpkin beer from Southern Tier? Sign me up!
That sounds like something I might be interested in.
Sounds cool, details please!
I love pumpkin beers!!! Said like Richard Christy from the Howard Stern show.
Sounds great, I'm a fan of Pumking so I'm sure this will be solid. Southern Tier makes great stuff in general, too.
Can't wait for this!
I'll try it.
Sounds good. Hopefully not overly sweet.
Is it a Choklat and Pumking blend? AWWWWW YEAH
When and where, and if we don't get it in WI, someone please trade.
Lakefront brewery will be coming out with an imperial pumpkin ale this year.
HELL YEAH! I love Pumking, sounds like it'll be awesome, and the nice thing about the dark pumpkin beers is that the pumpkin really comes through with age. The Summit Pumpkin Porter was alright fresh but with a couple years in it really got a nice pumpkin flavor.
I am an hour from the brewery. Maybe I could help when it's released!
I tweeted them and asked about the "natural flavors" listed on the label. They said it's in reference to their "proprietary spice mix."
God I love Southern Tier.
Yeah, I'm totally on bored with this too. I wonder if we'll get it up here in Maine.
Yes, looking forward to it. Also, speaking of pumpkin beers. Anyone know where to get Howe Sound Pumpkineater? West coast I assume?
I'll give it a whirl, after Schlafly Pumpkin, Pumking is my second fav Pumpkin beer, this should be good.
Sounds like Pumpkinator.
Definitely worth a shot!
Working near the brewery in September. Will need to grab some of this.
I can't wait to mix this with Pumking. Black and orange, anyone?
So i guess this is one of the replacements in the Blackwater series, still bothered about the ones they dropped
The Blackwater series is very hit or miss for me but, um yeah, I'm totally down to try this!
This thread led to a weird craving for one of my homebrewed pumpkin stouts (weird given that it is about 80 degrees outside right now), which I'm currently sipping. Looking forward to this release.
I believe Washington, Oregon, Cali. Pumpkineater is a favorite of mine.
Looking forward to this release
Doesn't specifically look like it, but that sounds awesome. I think I have a new project this fall/winter.
i will be needing to trade for this.
I bet you this will be a cloying sugarbomb.
or an average stout at best
Nice I want to try this. Should make for an interesting aged brew too
Good, good, Billy likes pumpkin beers...
I'll give this at least one shot but as much as I actually dig upon Pumpkin beers and Pumpking I've yet to have a Pumpkin stout I really enjoy. I still keep giving them a shot though.
I have high hopes for this one.. Pumking is one of my all-time faves.. I used to drink it year-round but have stopped because it takes away from the magic of drinking Pumking in autumn..
Can't wait to try this one.
Come on Hanzo, where is the love for Alewerks Pumpkin, you're slipping!
Looks interesting. I'm excited about trying it.
Pumpkin Stout? sign me up!
Cigar City Good Gourd is my alltime favorite, but this one has potential to take over #1 if it is good just by being a stout as I like those better than browns, usually.
But Cigar City has Rum Barrel Good Gourd Almighty coming out this fall. That will be epic.
Sounds good i'm in for a case!!!!
