    Thanks for the quick reply!

It was actually my fault because I posted the information/link from the invite.

Probably should apologize for the quick judgement of error geared towards them for something you botched up.

No big deal, it's all sorted out and the email confirmation has been sent out to the right person. No harm done.

I would like to apologize to Spring House for rushing to judgement and assuming there was an error when I received the email regarding someone else signing up for their barrel program.

I made the mistake of posting the invite that was sent to me personally. I shouldn't have posted the link and I shouldn't have rushed to judgement for the email I received.

Decided to join round 2. Hopefully it was a good decision. Followed this thread first time around and know a few people that were members, so I know the history, so I know to only blame myself if I'm disappointed, but figured I'd give it a shot. I think the beers mostly sound good, so hoping they come out a bit better than last time around!

I was a member in the last round and re-enlisted in the 2nd round. While it had a few hiccups with low carbonation and a beer that went sour, I was happy with the overall experience the first time and was happy with most of the beers. Its the only place to get in on a program like this without driving for an hour and its nice to have the opportunity to get some rarer barrel aged beers without driving an hour and standing in a long line. I was happy to see that they brought the program back.

Welcome back BradC! I'm psyched to try the new beers as well. I know the brewers had a sampling recently to check on the aging process, but I wasn't there so I missed out. Matt has also been doing barrel aged sours for our beer dinners and those were pretty great. Bring on Round 2!

@nikkikeasey I saw you mentioned barrels don't get reused, any word on if they were extra unused barrels or is BT still selling Pappy barrels?

I decided to give it a shot this year. I figured it's a good way to get some BA stuff without the hassle. I'm seeing that there were issues last year. Can someone give me a run down on that so I don't have to read through the last 1,000+ posts?

Do we know if the style of the glassware this round? A teku like last year but with the new SKULL logo, or snifter ... or just a giant glass boot?

In case anyone missed the email that went out on Wednesday...

Hello and welcome to the Spring House Brewing Co. S.K.U.L.L. Barrel Chapter!

BEER NEWS: Your first beer, Blood Turning Black (Coconut Coffee) Robust Porter aged in Jim Beam bourbon barrels, will be available for pick-up at the brewery (209 Hazel Street, Lancaster PA) starting in mid to late June. The second release of Blood Lust Russian Imperial Stout (Pineapple Upside Down Cake) aged in Woodford Reserve barrels will be ready soon after that. We will send you an email each time we have a new bottle release available for pick-up.

GLASSWARE: Now that our membership enrollment period is complete, we are almost ready to order your S.K.U.L.L. Barrel Chapter glassware. Each member will receive one glass. If you would like to order extra glass(es), please refer to the instructions below. The cost for each additional glass is $10, and you can order as many as you’d like. You will receive an email when the glasses arrive, and you can pay for your glasses when you pick them up.

EMAIL US: If you are assigning a trustee or would like addition glassware, you will need to email skull@springhousebeer.com by 6/1/16. Here is what your email should include:
    1-name of member
    2-name of trustee
    3-number of extra glasses

If your email address or trustee name changes at any time, you’ll need to notify us at
skull@springhousebeer.com. Please note that if you want someone to pick up your beer, you need to notify us of their name in advance.

PICKING UP YOUR BEER: All membership holders must present a valid ID (21+) each time beer is picked up at the brewery. If a trustee is picking up your beer for you, they must also provide valid ID showing they are 21+ years old. No proof of purchase paperwork is required.

Thank you for being a part of our S.K.U.L.L. Barrel Chapter. We’re really excited to share these special beers with you and hope you enjoy drinking them as much as we enjoyed creating them.

    Cheers,
    Matt Keasey
    Spring House Brewing Co.
