STL beer bars by the highway 44 and 70

    Is there any good beer bars by highway 44 and 70? My girlfriend is driving to Chicago and wants to stop for a beer with her friends. Any suggestions she will be there in a few hours.

    44 and 70 aren't really that close together to be honest, unless you are talking about downtown where all the highways sort of converge.

    Otherwise, Itap is a good suggestion. The Crow's Nest maybe. Downtown they could CHeck out Bridge or the Schlafly Tap Room

    Schlafly tap room is the place to be if you are downtown. Their high gravity seasonals are always amazing

    iTAP is an absolutely awesome place to go to have access to a good selection of multiple breweries. Schlafly tap room has always been great to me, with some great food as well.
    Flying Saucer just opened a STL location downtown that a lot of the locals are pretty happy about, although I haven't had a chance to go yet.
