(Escondido, CA) – Stone Brewing Co., on Friday, gave its Enjoy By webpage a much-needed refresh and simpler design.

More importantly, assuming that we are interpreting the new design correctly, it looks likeStone Enjoy By 04.20.14 IPA is set to ship to all of Stone’s markets sometime next weekend. (D.C. appears to be missing but may be a technicality?)

This would mark the widest release to date for the beer though it won’t be the standard. The company has preserved the social media voting system which means that some markets will be left out on future editions if they don’t cast enough votes.

According to the countdown ticker, the beer will be packaged on Friday night, March 14th, and shipped to all markets immediately thereafter.

Edit: I like to think I was the sole vote for Idaho and was accepted

I'd like to get a few bottles. I've only had Enjoy By on tap, so I'd like to see what the bottled version is like.

Had a bottle today, it's still pretty good. I just remember it tasting a lot more piney, like drinking a Douglas fir when it first came out. Could be my palate changing though. This batch tastes more like the new Go To IPA, except a little more sticky icky.

Your not giving a great review and that really bums me out. I had the Go To IPA a week or so ago and enjoyed the initial smell and front taste of the beer but the ending was really poor. I'm going to pray Lakeylake that it was your palate and it doesn't disappoint like the Go To did for me.

    beerdedking Defender (693) Oct 15, 2008 Pennsylvania

I think he's referring to the hop profiles being alike, but that's where the similarities end. Enjoy By has a nicely proportioned malt bill as well, where Go To leaves much of the malt out. You will like Enjoy By, trust me :sunglasses:...

Despite your "bum-inducing" review (winky face at ILBeerCop), I'm with you. I thought the first EB I had was more piney and nothing like what it is now but I fully recognize it could just be my imagination. I didn't know wtf was going on the first time I had it, I just knew it was good and I needed to get my hands on more of it ASAP.

Sorry for bumming you out! But it is still good. Like beerdedking said, the hop profile seems more similar to Go To rather than the liquid Christmas tree I remember from a year or so ago. The problem I had with Go To is similar to yours, where the smell and initial taste is awesome, but then it disappears from your mouth. This current Enjoy By has the good parts of Go To, but lingers longer, with a better mouthfeel.

Or this could all just be my palate :grinning:

I really like the complexity of Enjoy By, especially as it warms, I get a definite flavor of spearmint amongst everything else.
