    13% mean we won't see it Ohio, damn. Must be why we've seen enjoy by 3 times, stone was buttering us up. IT DIDN'T WORK

    13% ABV?! Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! So Ohio misses out because our damn ABV cap is so low. D: I guess I shouldn't complain though, we do usually get every Stone special release. Guess I'll be trading........

    that sucks...i don't understand whats the point in the ABV cap for beer in your area when there's hard liquor? have the laws with beer always been really awful or what

    I have no idea what the point is either man. It does suck. The politicians (or at least most) believe if they raise the ABV cap then underage kids will start having access to these big beers. It's completely dumb and shows their ignorance of craft beer and what younger kids drink. They are trying to get a law passed in November that would raise the cap to 21%. We shall see. Yeah, I believe they always been pretty bad but I've only lived here 3 years.
