    From their FB page:

"If the words "single-hopped with Simcoe" catch your eye on a taplist, then you have at least one thing in common with our Brewhouse Supervisor, Chris Sartori. In his honor, this Thursday, May 8th, we're tapping Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens - Liberty Station Simcoe’s For Sartori, a 7.7% ABV IPA bittered and flavored solely with Simcoe. This quintessential West Coast hop provides complex aromatics, running the gamut from pine to citrus to black currant. A hophead's dream, really. Limit up to 2 liters per customer for growler fills."

I'll be there tomorrow to try it out for sure (then I'm heading over to Jimmy John's for some Slim 5's!!!). Anyone else?

of all the single hop IPAs i've had, the citra hop seems to be the only one that can really pull off a single hop ipa well.

^^ I'd have to agree, but Nelson holds it's own. I actually prefer it to Citra.

I liked a few of the Mosaics.

I really liked Simcoe Showers. More so than Citra or Nelson even. Different strokes for different folks.

Simcoe, Citra, Mosaic, and now Equinox (HBC 366) all work well on their own. Russian River, Bear Republic, and Lagunitas all have done some great single hop versions during the past few years.

Equinox hops? I guess that must be for those born with adventure. Makes me want to light up with Lorelei.
