    Hey Guys

I was lucky enough to pick up a brick of the 12 today but now comes the difficult beer. I want to let a few of them age but I live in an apartment with two other guys. So because of that, leaving them in the fridge I out of the question. If I leave them in the bottom of a closet do you guys think they'll age okay. I have no control over the apartments temperature and it can go from very cold to very hot. Let me know your guys thoughts and if you have any other ideas.

You can't age beer in NYC. Send them to me to hold on to.

My cellar is an nyc basement and while I've never had horrible results, the heat will accelerate the aging process. I had a westy 12 down there for 3 or 4 years and was very disappointed to find noticeable oxidation. Considering the cost and the quality of the brew when fresh, if given the opportunity again I probably wouldn't risk it.
