    Oops major miscalculation... My target is actually not in a sate in the middle 50% when it comes to mean elevation (that means they are either in the upper or lower 25% ). Sorry about the confusion there!

    just spent a lot of time going through all the hints. Im down to 24. Keep the hints coming.

    hint - my target is not in the Eastern Time Zone
    hint - Im going to be sending 2 boxes. One with time sensitive wants. That will leave beginning of next week.

    Well that is where I made some major confusion happen. If you are in the top 25% (ie you) or the bottom 25% I might be shipping to you. I'm NOT shipping to anyone in the MIDDLE 50%. Sorry again about the confusion.
