I am greatly looking forward to the Super Bowl! I have been doing dry January and it has went well. With Super Bowl being my end date I have been filling the fridge with some great beers that I am really looking forward to! Recently I have made some brewery orders from Third Moon, 5 Paddles, Brock Street Brewing, Little Beasts, and Town Brewery, with a few New Brunswick left over/international goodies too. Styles ranges from IPAs/DIPAs, porters, imperial stouts, belgian styles, dry-hopped lagers. I am going to do some wings with my own dredge with cheese steak almond crust pizza, with regular pizza for the kids. Some beer-buttered garlic shrimp. This should be a great game! What have you got ready in he fridge? Any good food-beer recipes?
I've got a nice variety of beers on hand for the game. Some IPAs, IIPAs, and even a Triple IPA. Definitely going to be wings on hand, and I'd love to get some spicy food too. Go Chefs! (There will be people who get what that refers to)
