If you find out any Mpls/St Paul tap rooms or brewpubs are closed to the general public in order to host private parties, please post.

From Mpls St Paul Magazine's "Party Like a Local" guide:
    • Fulton Warming House / Those brewery kids in North Loop have converted their taproom patio into a warming house of sorts. Starting Friday, Jan. 26–Sunday, Feb. 4, there will be a heated pop-up beer garden featuring live happy hour specials, live music, and door prizes all week!
    • Super Ballin’ Football Week / Inbound Brew Co’s got it going down with 10 full days of frivolous fun. Daily: Outdoor frozen hotdish shuffleboard—it’s a thing. Then, the rest of the week: Beer releases, hammerschlagen, live music, Super Beer 100-yard dash, trivia, food trucks, and so much more! Friday, Jan. 26–Sunday, Feb. 4
    • Surly’s Ultimate Winter Feast / Another Great Northern event, this killer patio party is a lighting up the night at Surly. Cooking over fire, drinking complex beers, and frying up Mucci’s donuts while you watch: that’s the name of this game. 5–8 p.m., $35. Oh and hey, let’s sauna.

A related question - Are there any Twin Cities taprooms that don't have TVs? The only one that comes to mind is Waldmann.

I don't think Able Brewing or Bauhaus Brew Labs has TVs.

Many breweries that do have TVs just use them to list beers. Perhaps they'll make an exception for "The Big Game," but anyone planning on watching the game at a brewery should call ahead to confirm it will be shown. Also, many craft breweries won't want to pay the license fee to show the game or deal with the limitations of showing the game legally without paying for the license (no more than one TV per room, etc.), although I wouldn't be surprised if some just risk the lawsuit.

That's a very good point. The NFL has been pretty aggressive about that in the past.

Considering most sports bars show their regular season and playoff games, I doubt the NFL is going to want to raise the ruckus of going after establishments for just purely showing the Super Bowl, never mind the fact that they've gone on record saying sports bars are already exempt:

That being said, if a place is charging a cover charge just to get in and watch the game without giving the NFL their cut, you can be sure the NFL's lawyers will be jumping all over that the moment they get wind of it.

I checked out the Ice Palace at Rice Park yesterday and was deeply disappointed the @summitbeer Ice Bar is no longer a thing. Its just a generic stand now selling Schell's (Pils, Firebrick, Dark and Bock), $7 for a 12oz pour from bottle. The Bock was perfect.

Sisyphus has a free comedy show tonight on the event side of the taproom. Todd Fritz of the Dan Patrick Show is having his stand up debut at 6pm. Doors at 5:30.
