Just woke up in my hotel after FOBAB. I was tired, afraid, and confused as I don't remember how I got back to the hotel. I'm pretty sure I openly weeped for a while. Able to catch up on this thread....again. So much fun reading these. It's like watching a whole tv series on Netflix, I just flip to the next page and the story goes on without interruption, ha.

Everything I had was amazing, except for the blended old ale that tasted like some one's skoal spit cup.

Now for the long trip back to Metro Detroit. SQUAD!

First off, quick update for those of you not paying attention. Only 33 pages more to go...


Now lets get down to business. So I get a message from anonymous strange people. They are asking this General and his army to concede from this war. I and the FIB army will not concede. Might I remind these foolish folks that they are the ones admitting defeat. If you were a true soldier, you would understand that yoru (flag)avatar has already admitted you are in trouble. Let me remind you what you should already know:

"The flag should never be displayed with the union down, except as a signal of dire distress in instances of extreme danger to life or property. Most individuals who have served in military service of our nation should recognize this signal."

So as you can see, defeat has been admitted. You know who you are, you know what has been done. The ball is in your court fine sirs.

If questioned in captivity I would certainly about my likes and dislikes, beer would be on the "like" list.

In Houston's defense, they did not send us that beer. We didn't want our explorers losing good beer on their canoe trip, so we gave them each a Corona Light. Unfortunately, but not unexpectedly, only one made it back to shore.

 

See, that's the one they emptied, filled with pee, and recapped... Not surprisingly, no one noticed.

So I dreamed up an interesting thought experiment, if from today forward you could ONLY have beers from breweries you have experience with (have drank at least one of their beers, or at least own one), what breweries would you be most sad never to get to try? Put a different way, what brewers (but not specific beers) are at the top of your hit list?

No being modest with "I'm just happy to have had all the awesome beer I already have" ... I'm just curious what brewers people want to try but haven't yet gotten to.
