Thanks I really appreciate the kind words. New blood is helpful when we have fluxes of people leave or issues with bad traders. Open water is usually safe but comes with more dangers than our incubated cove in paradise. We let certain people in to keep ourselves healthy but are able to naturally keep out the sharks.

Called a store asking if they got a beer in, then the guy tells me that he has some PtE in... I know RR doesn't distribute in Kern County but figured what the heck it's PtE. Get there and ask the guy how much and he says $20 a botltle!
Passed super quick on that and did some more digging and found some of theses guys on the shelf for $9 a bottle. I think I won in this instance.

Due South is in the area. I thought their Category 6 was really excellent. You can also get CCB in southeast FL. Usually just the regular lineup, but sometimes some bombers.

 

Is it possible to do infusions pre-crowlering? Or maybe just toss a vanilla bean into the crowler can before filling it? If so, consider me ISO.

In addition to what you (and we) do, I feel like a lot of the "sharks" are kept at bay simply by the fact that they'd have to keep up with us to be welcome, and it isn't worth the time investment
