When us Packers fans went into a Binny's with @blue-dream someone with Binny's literally went onto their PA system and said they would not sell to Packers fans

 

it's not just Binny's that does that. Most places won't sell to packers fans (and shouldn't) here in Chicago.

 

Yea- thought that was standard protocol. I actually have a Bears shirt just to wear to bottle shops in Chicago to get special releases.

 

However in typical Chicago tradition, the cashier at Rosati's had no problem waiving the $5 food per person doing BYOB so long as we greased his palms with a $10 spot.

At least the Bears were competitive with the Queens!

 

ummm...there is no "$5 food per person" rule... we just make that up to take packers fans money

for the record, i have a ninja landing in here tomorrow. if ive promised you a box for a while now, you will have a box landing tomorrow. i wanted to send more, but life got in the way.

 

This was mine too! Remember trying to find this back in the day and that one store owner being a real jerk to me. Told me he was getting it but I didnt spend enough for him to sell it to me. Ended up trading for a ticket to go pick up a 12 pack from Founders. Had a day off and drove up the Michigan and hit 12 beer stores on the way home picking uo tobs of awesome beers! Was a fun ass time!

We always beat ourselves up like this but hey, you sent someone some beers. Im sure they will be awesome. Im sure the person getting them will love them! Now tell yourself this..."im good enough, im smart enough and gosh darnit people like me!"
