I'm not real good with converting ml to oz, but I think I just passed the 600 oz mark for my target

 

Late to the party, but congrats man!

 

So due to work and stuff and things, I'm way behind on my hints this round. Especially so since I just dropped off a box to my target that may or may not reach them by Thursday. So I'll do my best to make it interesting in the mean time.

Hint #1: my target is not in the New Glarus distribution region
Hint #2: My target is an active member on this thread. Quite active.

Hint #3: I haven't directly talked with my target (that I know of) in messages or threads or traded with, but I've admired many of their hauls

 

Damn, I already have 2 big boxes and now feel it's not enough.

I had an elaborate entry planned for the video review, but after my 3 month old daughter has utterly refused to even TRY the beer I've offered her (for free, mind you), I'm going to regroup and improv something tomorrow.

 

Give her some prop!! Worked for mine.

On a side note, I thought about doing one of the e-trade versions of the beer review with my daughter as the subject but I am not good at video editing. Would have been great!! Was going to do some water in her baby bottle and mix in a little of her mango or butternut squash to make it look like shitty beer and put her in a "I heart Colette" t-shirt from Great Divide, but seriously, I have not even thought about it...

Hint #4: Surprisingly, according to online mapping, there's about a little over 400 different steps in the directions from me to my target if I walk, but over 550 if I were to bike… the more you know (imagine shooting star here)

My sister lives in Ambler and gore one of their tulips for Manu Negra and two bottles of it for my bday. Can't be too hard to get.

 

@zekeman17 and I were just there on Saturday - they had the Manu Negra glasses still but told me they were all out of the smaller "Forest & Main" ones with the black logo. Bartender told me that they were for a previous bottle release, and she wasn't sure if they were reordering more.

Luckily, a buddy gave me one of his smaller glasses (the second picture) when I mentioned that they didn't have any left at the brewery when I was there. Jeff had grabbed the Manu Negra glass for me a few weeks ago to make sure they didn't sell out before I was able to make it there.
