    Oh guys. So I have some sad news to share with you. When I was packing up the BIF in a Box, I was adding a beer to it last minute from my beer fridge in the garage. I set the beer down a bit too hard on the cement floor, and well...

    It smelled wonderful. But alas, it was not to be.

    Fortunately, for our BIF in a Box recipient, I found a different beer to replace it with. Still hurts.

    So fellas, I have a question. For those of you who enjoy sours, what would you say is the best AWA/saison you've had in the past year? I've got this BA Abraxas on my hands and would rather have something lighter, at the same time giving someone else (who might appreciate it more) a chance to try it. Thoughts?

    Tell me about it, just dropped 300 on Berliner/Wild memberships on the strength of just 2 beers I've had from them! De Garde is killing it. Really great suggestions guys, I have some Nocturn B2 coming this week, Atrial b1 was pretty awesome and Beat b6 was good but I prefer b5. West Ash is on my radar, never tried Sante and their Cask series really piques my interest. Thoughts on Norma or Blueberry Flora?

    Beat 006 was stellar
    SARA Saison Bernice b5 was also very good, much funkier (and more gushy) than b6. Definitely my favorite SARA, although their other saisons have been nice. Definitely didn't like the Cask 200 as much -- much more butter from the oak; if that's your thing, maybe it would resonate more with you.

    I honestly prefer Beat, but that's because I'm not a big "blue cheese beer" fan. If funk is your thing, let me know, because I've never had BA Abraxas...
