if you hit the trade boards theres lots of kindly Chicagoland BAs who could probably hook you up (vsoj would be the toughest), Rev stuff seems very accessible in its home market

I hear that about the rare stuff, I've never had a problem exchanging good beers and I'm in a pretty shitty beer market. You've definitely got access to things that people would value and the Rev Deep woods cans aren't some 9 letter acronym bottles that always seem like Pokémon cards for adults. You could also drop a note in the Rev thread to boost your chances. Chicagoland has some of the most hospitable BAs out there
As noted, Supermassive is available off the shelf right now around IL. Shouldn't be hard to trade for. VSOJ will be a different story, but not if you have the right beer. Being that you're in CA, you shouldn't have a problem. Also, having 0 trades on here, don't be surprised if someone asks you to ship first.
First time commenting on Tavour…they lost my last box (last month)…they have sent me the wrong beers…local delivery vendor Sonic drops my box off at the wrong address (more than once)… Sonic leaves my box on the front porch in the full sun…I’ve never signed for a box, it just gets left on the porch…my current crate left Tavour on 9/9, arrived Jacksonville 9/15 and is still “delayed” in Jacksonville, approximately 3 hours away. I’ve had weekly, almost daily texting with Tavour since they lost my box in August…I still wonder if I’ll really get my last overdue box, which only has some of the beers I paid for in August (the others could not be replaced and I was given a refund)…now I’m told maybe next week…I’ve told Tavour this may be my last box (assuming I ever get it)…

I used to see some decent variety. Picked up a bunch of pFriem lagers, for instance. Not so much anymore. Like you say, a lot of non-beers, and the beers I do see are usually hazies, pastries, and smoothies. Blech. But I guess we're in the minority. Most people want that stuff, or they wouldn't sell them. Oh well. Money saved for me I guess
