The Abyss and Big Lushious in the Twin Cities

was told last week by a store owner that we should expect Abyss in two weeks. $.02.

 

I was told by a store in rochester that they might get big lushious next week.

 

Deschutes posted that Abyss will go on sale at their pub on December 12th. Expect to see it in stores after that sometime.

Nebraska got it on the 21st. Lots of it sitting around here. I know totally different location but it should be coming to you soon...

1st week of December in Rochester is what I was told.

 

Princeton's tweeted this morning that they have Big Lushious in so I would assume it is hitting the metro this week.

 

Big Luscious draft releases are tomorrow at Pat's Tap and Happy Gnome, both 5pm.

 

Just picked up Abyss today in Burnsville. Guy had just gotten it that morning and only 1 case...

 

Zipps posted they got Abyss.

 

Not sure anyone should be worried about picking up Abyss. It sat on shelves last year for months. Big Lushious though...not sure. Anyone know how much of that will land here?

Zipps had two cases of Big Lushious, one was almost gone at 4 pm (limit 1 bottle). Looked like they had at least 3 cases of Abyss, no limit that I could tell on Abyss.

Abyss was so disappointing last year....might buy a bottle this year

2008 Abyss was an amazing beer, 2007 was close to it.

Since they started using cherry bark & wine barrels & puppy fur, it just hasn't been the same. Sometimes getting all fancy just messes up a good thing.
