    Just got an invite from The Beer Trappe (Lexington) unveiling their upcoming anticipated bourbon barrel taplist, and as I was already on BA, I figured I'd share it with those of you who are curious:

    Monday – Feb 11 at 4pm
    2008 Stone Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Russian Stout
    Anderson Valley Heefus Hooper
    West 6th Pappy Van Winkle Barrel Aged Snake Eyes Imperial Stout

    Tuesday – Feb 12 at 4pm
    2011 Schlafly Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout

    Wednesday – Feb 13 at 8pm
    Bell’s Black Note

    Thursday – Feb 14 at 5pm
    De Struise Cuvée Delphine
    North Coast Old Rasputin XV

    Friday – Feb 15 at 5pm
    Country Boy Rum Barrel Aged Double Brown Ale

    Saturday – Feb 16 at 5pm
    Avery Uncle Jacob’s Stout
    Kentucky Ale One Year Aged Bourbon Barrel Stout

    Sunday – Feb 17 at 1pm
    Goose Island Bourbon County Stout

    Monday – Feb 18 at 4pm
    Green Flash Silva Stout

    Tuesday – Feb 19 at 5pm
    Founders Kentucky Breakfast Stout

    Wednesday – Feb 20 at 8pm

    Damn, that's a beautiful list. Report back on the alltech one year aged. I like that beer but I think it could be so much better with more time in the barrel....interested to see if thats true.

    Which beer are you most excited to see go on tap? For me it's Bell's Black Note, Avery Uncle Jacob, and Green Flash Silva Stout.

    As a relatively new Beer Geek I've not had the KBS and have fallen for the hype. Really interested in the Black Note as well.

    That West 6th Pappy aged stout is glorious, I can't wait to give it a second go. Black Note, Silva, and Uncle Jacob's are all exciting too.

    I had Uncle Jacobs fresh in March and it was super sweet. Still sitting on another...let me know how it turns out! Black Note is tasting excellent on draft. Stellar line up!
