Every year should have a Black Tuesday variant release, one bottle per member. Next year peanut butter and bals....I'm looking at you Patrick.

I'm super excited about this. I love love love Black Tuesday, I love Chocolate Rain and I'm glad Cherry Chocolate rain was retired. This one sounds amazing.

I got to try some of this from that one cask and it was absolutely killer. I can't imagine what people will ask for it!

Definitely excited for this one and I'll take it as opposed to another piece of merch that I may or may not use.

Looking forward to this one! I doubt we will see too many bottles even available for trade since it is 1 per member and it has never been bottled before.

This is definitely the most exciting news so far for RS members. Wonder what other "tasty" secrets are gonna pop up the 2nd half of this year...

Why not make a "12 day's of Christmas" type series, but call it 7 Days of the Week? Sunday through Monday. Several years later it'll be an epic week long bottle share. Grey Monday, Black Tuesday, Ebony Wednesday, Soot Thursday, Obsidian Friday, Slate Saturday, Licorice Sunday.

Pretty excited to get my bottle, although I'm not sure if I'd rather have a bottle of Grey Monday or Peanut Butter & Bals. Or even S'More Tuesday.

    Maybe next year!

I can't wait for the inevitable epic tasting of Black Tuesday, Chocolate Rain, Grey Tuesday, S'More Tuesday, and Peanut Butter & Bals down the road. Everybody would be trashed by the end of it.

This is pretty cool but of all the BT variations I've heard of this is the least exciting one for me. I think I'll trade mine.

At a tasting a week ago a ways through we opened 2010 and 2011 BT. Partway into the 2nd vintage, my memories definitely got a little hazy.

There were something like 1300 RS Members, so the bottle count is probably right around 1300.

I'm pretty surprised how many I've seen for trade on the forums, I guess it's because most people near the Bruery have had it before and it will be released next year. I'm definitely holding onto mine, I have a hard time trading bottles I don't have multiples of or haven't tried.

FWIW, they dipped the bottles in hazelnut scented wax, so you have something to sniff before you even open the bottle.

They also soaked the labels in hazelnut oil for when you hold the bottle.

Opened my trunk this morning to remove Bruery bottles before heading into work. Immediately smelled hazelnuts. I thought, "Oh no! Grey Monday is broken!" Then I remembered the smelly wax and my frown turned upside down. And then I looked like a freak standing in the parking lot sniffing a large bottle of beer at 7 in the morning. Don't care. Would sniff again.
