I have more quantity than special stuff, so I would have to say my case collection

    A case of White Chocolate
    A case of 2012 Parabola
    A case of 2012 Sucaba
    A case of 2012 BT

and I'm so OCD, I dont know how I can drink them since they all fit in the case and even having one missing makes me uneasy. lol

I did NOT like that Angel's Share at all. Bramble is quite tasty though.

I've had it both ways and don't prefer it one way or the other, although I haven't had one as old as five years like you.

But it's still amazing at 1-2 years.

    Anchor Christmas Magnum from 1993.

Found it at a garage sale (and a bunch of good records) and was hesitant but the seller assured me that it had been stored well and not light struck. 2 dollars well spent I think.

I've picked up the last 3 Anchor magnums and hope to do a vertical this year. Gonna need a posse to drink all that beer!
Then I'm gonna fill those big bottles with my own christmas beer and stick em back in the cellar.

My prized beer used to be a New Belgium La Folie from 2005. It was hand-labeled and numbered. My husband and cracked her open during our marriage celebration. It was absolutely delicious.

Now, I think my prized possession is the 2007 Abyss. Thinking I should probably open it soon...

Yes. It's Jewel worthy. Not like finding a rare gem "worthy", but like owning an unopened Neo-Geo or 3DFX "worthy".
That reminds me.... off topic; ISO: unopened Chrono Trigger, : FT: Rum Barrel Oil of Aphrodite, '11 DL, 3 Guys off the scale and '06 Raisin D'Extra.
Also ISO Secret of Mana unopened.
