The Deal with Modern Times

    I have a friend who lives in SD and I have been encouraging him to, at minimum, start visiting the taproom at Modern Times. I was hoping he would be able to try some Monsters' Park beers however, their website seems to convey that Monsters' Park beers are not on tap. If so, how does a newbie get on the "list" to get the Monsters Park bottles? Are they ever on tap?

    In the meantime I am going to subsidize his trading and see if I can send some worthy desirables his way and let him try to trade locally.

    Regular Monster's Park will be released in bombers around November. Should be much cheaper/easier to get than the BA stuff.

    I would like to point out that Monster Park is quite good, but I would say that at least 95% or more of MT beers are worth drinking on a regular basis. I think I have only had 1 or 2 that I wouldn't drink again and they were good beers, just not my style.

    Also fair to point out the Monster Park releases sell out in a matter of minutes. So have to be on point to get them

    Same here... also wanted to know what Modern Times was... but then realized he's talking about Modem Tones.. :wink:
